About Us

Girls Like Me (GLM) officially launched on November 10th, 2021 in Greensboro, North Carolina. A group of collegiate women, now known as GLM Trailblazers, collaborate to create STEM programs and presentations for minority girls.

We target local Title 1 schools that don't already have much STEM programming in place and do engaging STEM related activities with a select group of minority girls. We then break down the Science, Math, Technology, or Engineering behind each activity.

Our goal is to show fun, real-world application while also relating it back to its overhead STEM discipline.
